Before you begin, you will need:
- A paid Inxmail Commerce account. We recommend that you adjust the DKIM setup to improve email deliverability. See this document for more details.
Contact your Inxmail Commerce provider to enable tracking for mail relay to receive Open & Click statistics.
- An ActivatePro account.
- User data (including users' email addresses)
Setting up an Inxmail Commerce Integration in ActivatePro
Necessary Credentials
To connect Inxmail Commerce to ActivatePro you need to provide the following credentials.
- Space ID
- API Key ID
- API Key
- SMTP username
- SMTP password
This information can be found in your Inxmail Commerce account under Settings in the SMTP and API Credentials menu as shown below.
Configure Inxmail Integration in ActivatePro
- In the ActivatePro app, navigate to
Settings>Integrations. - Click the
Add new integrationbutton in the top right corner of the page. - Search for Inxmail and click Set Up.
- Give the integration a descriptive name and enter the credentials collected from the
Settingspage of your Inxmail Commerce account.
- Click
Apply. - When reconfiguring an already configured integration re-enter the API key and the SMTP password and click on
Apply.
