In the ActivatePro Data & Engagement Platform, data is divided into three types: Customer, Product and Event.
The Customer Data stores information about your Customers, as well as potential customers. This includes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of the Customers.
The Product Catalogue stores a complete record of the products you offer, along with their properties such as price or image.
The Event Stream collects and logs events in the ActivatePro system. These events can be collected from your website, your Outbound communications, or customer transactions. You can also upload events to the ActivatePro system. Please go to Data Management for more information.
