We currently don't limit access to our ressources by IP, but occasionally customers or their external tools and services are restricting access when we try to access their environment.
In this case its necessary to whitelist any IP from Spotler ActivatePro that could be used to send data, e.g. to upload a CSV-file via an SFTP-campaign/story or send data to their API via Webhook or even validation of authentication when saving an integration.
To simplify the process of whitelisting, we consolidated our IPs to the following blocks in Q1 2026
