Our tracking SDK sets three (first party) cookies:
ce.guid-> stores the xngGlobalUserIDce.sid-> stores a session IDce.tracking-opt-in-> stores a boolean flag to determine if the user has opted in for tracking
Expiration date from our sides is 15 months by default, but can be less depending on the browser.
