When there are no responses (KPIs like "mail.delivered", "mail.open", "mail.click" etc.) visible in the Campaign statistics after the dispatch it can have different reasons depending on your integration. The "sent"-KPIs are system-events, everything else is provided by the provider/integration.
Known issues:
- the account on the Provider side is used in both a stage and live-instance in ActivatePro. The settings for Response Data can usually only get send and ingested into one ActivatePro instance. If this is the case, the connection for the live-instance should get priority.
- Mailjet: the webhook is not set up correctly to send responses to the ActivatePro system.
- Episerver/Optimizely: for this this integration the responses are synchronized once per day in the early morning hours. The data should be visible the day after dispatch.
- if "sent"-KPIs are missing (partially or completely),
- this often means that the sending might have failed. Check the Activity Log for this.
- its also possible that users were skipped because of Opt Outs or Control Groups. For each of these reason exists a system event that can be used to segment for the affected users.
